Welcome to Merryland
Merryland International as an Institution was set up with the twin objective of imparting world class learning to the young minds of Rourkela and its surrounding areas & provide a window to the world in terms of best practices followed Globally.
We bring to the Parents and Children our passion and experience in the domain of Early Childhood Education. We welcome the children to Merryland International where they can fulfil their dreams. We strive to continuously innovate and create an ambiance of love, affection & learning. We treat each child that steps into Merryland International as a new creative individual who brings in lots of joy and learning for all of us within Merryland International.
Our team is selected with lot of care and trained to facilitate the early development in every child as a facilitator. It is through our dedication, affection and respect for the child that today we stand endeared to every child that has gone though the Merryland International Gateway to mainstream education pathways.

Hello My Dear Parents & Toddlers
I love spending time with Merrylanders. It was my dream come true when I was given a free hand to plan and create an Early Education Centre which had almost everything that a child would love and which I knew from my over two decades of working with children from all parts of the globe. That’s in a nutshell - Merryland International Playschool.
Why Education ?...
Education is to develop all the necessary skills to enable the child to lead a good life in the society. To be a better human being and to contribute to the well being of mankind. Primary education is the foundation which bridges the gap between the world and the individual understanding. We handhold the toddler to acquire the knowledge & skills to step up to the secondary education level. The objective is to make this transition smooth, easy & enjoyable process for the child and the parents.
Our early years curriculum at MLI, Rourkela offers a child centric wholistic learning in which children are inspired to become purposeful lifelong learners.
We look forward to parents and children to step into Merryland International for a wonderful beginning.

Senior Management professional with over two decades of corporate experience in India and Abroad. Currently Academic Consultant for Trinity College London a 144 year old International Assessment Board Founder of Merryland International and Merryland Creative Academy (MCA). Staretgic Management Consultant to various overseas companies.
Dr. Rekha Das Adhikari
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, MS University Baroda M.A Psychology from Sambalpur University. A practicing psychologist, Vadodara, Gujarat
Dr. Rekha has a rich experience of working with people of all age groups and walks of life (From incubator to geriatrics). She has been the accademic coordinator of Mental Health Clinic, KGP Children Hospital, Vadodara. Has been a counsellor in many leading schools of Vadodara. A DMIT consultant. She has been contributing to the field of mental health since Yr 2000.

A Doctor by profession practicing in the field of General Medicine and interested in Endocrinology (Diabetes, Thyroid, etc). Managing Director, Aastha Mother & Child Care Hospital, Rourkela. Member Governing Counsil, Odisha Chapter of Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI) Past President & Gen.Secy IMA, Rourkela City Branch and a social activist practicing and advocating a positive intent.
Teachers & Staff
Our Teachers and Staff are appointed after a rigorous selection process and are all qualified graduates with Nursery Teachers Training We have a full women staff within the playschool premises who are all trained and well equipped to support the children. We follow a very low Teacher - Student Ratio to build good student teacher relationship & impart individual attention to each child
Our Teachers and Staff can speak and understand at least three languages making it easy for the child to communicate Our Teachers are all trained in Online Teaching and are quite capable of educating the children over on-line & off line digital formats Periodical Parents - Teacher Meetings (PTM) are a mandatory part of our early learnig centre All our Teachers are competent to meet the curriculum requirements of New Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

We want to provide the children in the age group starting from 3 years to 9 years with a hereto unavailable pathway to early learning that is stimulating, informative, engaging and encouraging empowering them to explore, experience, learn and shape their character for life.
Our goal is to provide the families of today with a centre of learning and growth that is safe, secure and hygenic with a support staff that nurtures the children with complete understanding, love and care to minimize child stress so that parents are relaxedand at ease about the child's development and proud of their achievements.
